I worked with Melissa for a couple of sessions to rehab an ab injury. She took time to give me a thorough exam and setup a list of progressive exercises. Melissa was professional, personable and most importantly very knowledgeable about how to rehab my injury and on how to lift properly in the future. I definitely recommend Empower if you need PT.
