Always Friendly and Welcoming. They are very attentive to my needs and my care and they listen when I tell them how I'm doing or what I'd like to do to meet my goals. I would recommend going here 100%.
Therpaists and staff were great however the billing process of guestimating member charges at time of service and over collecting upfront is ridiculous, especially when the Empower Billing office won't issue a refund until PT has ended and then takes 3-months to issue a refund. Because of this policy I would not reccomend.
