Dr.Jacob is fantastic! I was treated with respect and listened to as an individual with unique needs. A refreshing change from the usual PT experience. I received detailed instruction and practice of exercises during my visit and a follow up email with information and video reminders on all exercises. Also, no slacking was allowed as Elissa followed up with me multiple times between visits. The cherry on top is that my chronic and terrible foot pain is now an afterthought.
I have been working with Elissa at empower PT for a month and she phenomenal. It's hard to find anyone in the medical industry who truly cares about their patients and spends the time to listen to them. She has been treating my shoulder and bicep injury and I have had great success in healing and rehabilitation. I highly recommend her.
Would recommend Elissa 1000%. I came to her in May after my shoulder started bothering me, and hindering mobility in my neck.
