At first, the interview went really well, and Maryam decided what she was gonna do. The first exercise of getting on a bicycle tore me up. I have not exercised in years and years and years and my legs and my knees and my hips started to hurt again after being on the bicycle for only six minutes. I am getting PT from Empower and doing in the water as I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and it is wonderful and also fun.
Great service and friendly staff
I liked the attitude of the staff. The exercises that they gave me there and that I could do at home turned out to be very useful for me. Compared to the complexes I had previously visited, I liked this complex the most. It is a little further from my home, but it has many advantages and it is worth it to work out there.
Excellent customer service and Dr. and trainer are excellent too
