Empower Physical Therapy is the best physical therapy facility I have ever visited. They truly care about their patients, and this is evident through their attentiveness to individual needs.
I was referred to Empower Physical Therapy by my neck specialist due to a disc issue. I have Optum insurance, which approved me for 12 physical therapy visits. However, during my intake, I was informed by Miriam (also referred to as Mary), the owner, that she would only provide six visits, even though she would still bill my insurance for all 12.
