Jen was super helpful and also looked into the issues I was having with an aim to help the main problem. I came in for neck issues, but she was able to discern that they were likely stemming from my back. She gave me ab exercises to help build my core as well as gave me steps moving forward on how to strengthen my core muscles to allow my back to operate properly. She is very responsive and was able to get me in the week I called her as I was experiencing bad neck pain.
I recently completed my treatment at Empower Physical Therapy + Wellness in Leesburg, VA, and I can't recommend this small, personalized practice highly enough. If you’ve had an injury or body part that’s acting up, Empower Physical Therapy is where you want to be. Over the past 8 years, I’ve turned to Jen and Amy for help with everything from plantar fasciitis to a tough case of frozen shoulder.
