Lauren was very knowledgeable. She explained what she was doing and why. She quickly made and fitted a splint and explained how I should put it on and take it off. The splint is very low profile providing great support. Very happy with Lauren service.
Took time to explain everything she recommended and why she believes it would help. Didn’t try and up sell services which is what I expected and was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend
Booked an assessment visit with Lorraine. She helped me tremendously by providing me with knowledge about my issues and a home exercise program to keep things under control. All the therapists and support staff at emPower are fantastic!
