I have been a member for almost 10 years and I have never had such a bad experience, Pauline is the most miserable person that works that I have ever seen. She is extremely rude. Has no customer servise skills at all. I was treated like trash. Had no slips in the drive threw so I put my checks and id in and sent it. Long time valued member here, just got lied to by a member of this branch on the 13th. I went into the branch to cash a check. I talked to the member in regards to this check. SHE TOLD ME THE FUNDS WOULD BE AVAILABLE IN TWO DAYS! After I Left the bank 2 days later I received a notice that the check is going to have a five day hold. Okay so I don’t know when it became okay for you to lie straight to my face? I think it’s just this location honestly never had a problem with Empower before.
