3 stars based on the inconvenient hours. Arrived at 4:05 on a Thursday to discover that the branch now closed at 4:00! We noticed there were 3 other people walking up to the door as we were who were equally frustrated. Came in Saturday and the lobby was standing room only to complete the transaction w a member service rep. Had tried to call prior to arrival, however , hold times were absolutely unrealistic. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Has just about, if not all, of the services that larger banks have, but the atmosphere and friendliness is much warmer. Nobody is "pushy", and all are concerned that whatever you came in there for... you are satisfied when you leave! It has more of a neighborhood-like feel to it. I enjoy doing business with them!
I have always had a good experience with them.
