Tellers appear either inadequately trained or insufficiently supervised, making it impossible for customers to rely on any stable or predictable standard of service. The staff at the B'ville branch are always friendly and they greet you with a smile. I opened a new acct on 12/13 and Sydney was knowledgeable and thorough; it only took about 10 minutes. The employees seem genuinely happy at Empower!
