First time at this particular branch and was denied services… I was racially profiled and felt like some sort of criminal by how I was treated. When asked questions for clarification I answered truthfully and advised it was how I normally would make the deposit at my local branch. Not a first time transaction for me. I have started to have awful experiences at this bank. I've had my card compromised twice in the past two years in unexplainable ways. Not their fault however the second instance was pretty mysterious. When my second card was compromised I didn't even actively use it. Upon getting my most recent card in June I was asked to create a new pin. I used the same pin and repeated it to the representative twice. It appears he set it up incorrectly by accident. What a horrible credit union, I got a car loan through them and they havent sent me a single thing. When your try to call its a robot that takes you in circles never dealt with a bank thats so aggravating. I will never go through empower again. Id rather take a higher interest rate then deal with these clowns
