Would give 0 stars if it was possible! I had a loan that was sent to collections, Transworld Systems to be specific. I went to my local branch in Cicero to pay this balance in full. I was told by the teller that I needed to make the payment directly to Transworld - which I did as I was directed. I have the letter stating the debt has been PAID IN FULL.
