apparently they have no problem cashing fraudulent checks, stolen from my mailbox, forged and signed over to a second person, they need investigated!!
My dealership wanted me to check this bank out first for a loan. First the automated service is frustrating. Then I was told I had to be a member first and foremost before I could apply for a loan. Which to me is weird. Not knowing if I was even going to get approved. Why would I want to if not for that… I’m pretty sure unless none of this is true. This would not be the bank for me. My Dealership wasn’t very happy about my experience 😞
Sue Wagner was very friendly and helpful. She helped us set everything up! My only feedback is that their phone number, 800-462-5000, is not seemingly connected to anything.
