Sue Wagner was very friendly and helpful. She helped us set everything up! My only feedback is that their phone number, 800-462-5000, is not seemingly connected to anything.
The hours changing are absolutely ridiculous basically if you work you don’t get to go to the bank. No Saturday hours and they close at 4 Monday through Wednesday. I would have to take a half day off work and lose pay to be able to go to the bank. Absolutely not realistic for working people.
People are super friendly the lady who runs the place help me with a scammer this year and man after speaking with her she really put my mind at ease and made me aware of things I wasn't aware of before I wish I could remember her name
