I am writing this review because I’ve never experienced such poor customer service from this branch. If people do not want to do their job or work, then they should never have applied for the job. I went into the bank because the drive-through teller forgot to give me an envelope, but I also had to do an in-person transaction. Instead of doing the transaction, I simply ask the front desk employee if I can have an envelope for my check. She couldn’t find any envelopes at the desk so she got up and went to the back to get one ... read more
this is beyond ridiculous, stop blocking people card without sending a notification, the bank is not at the corner of my house, what is going on in here, i have bills to pay that can’t wait and u open super late at 09:00clock came on.
