Empower Federal Credit Union seem like it is just not for the customers anymore, they seem to be all about making money off of us now. How did such a great credit union go bad when a good number of people in Syracuse use them? Not to mention. Having a long standing relationship with the bank does nothing for you it seems like and I’ve been in banking for awhile. This bank processes withdraws before it processes deposits into accounts. Maintains holds on accounts processed monthly for over four years. ( Risk reduction) NOT small business friendly. Passive predatory banking... Take your money someplace else, literally.... anyplace else. Staff is great, not their fault.
