I went to Empower Balance therapy and wellness with specific goals in mind. After 10 weeks each of my goals have been met! The staff are very kind, thoughtful, and professional!
I liked the one on one aspect. Very personal interactions, which is a welcome experience over insurance based physical therapists. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a physical therapist! She has a very commanding knowledge of neurology.
Dr. Lindsey at Empower Balance Therapy & Wellness is an amazing addition to Waynesville! Her clients absolutely rave about her kind nature & PT guidance. I’m blessed to be currently offering yoga once a week in her new space & I must say, she’s done a great job on the remodel & set up. A hairdresser with my arms in the air all day, lots of neck and shoulder pain! Lindsay and Nate are amazing! The stretches and the needling has helped me so much! I have way more movement in my neck with much less pain. Thank you Nate and Lindsay!
