I was very pleased with ETS for my 2020 tax year. The communication was somewhat poor for tax year 2021 but it worked. For 2022 tax year it was awful. They filed the taxes and emailed that they would make an e-payment if I sent our bank account details, which I did. I called the day before it was due since I'd had no communication. Up until this Year I have been happy. This week my tax preparer failed to include my Social Security in my Federal Income tax, I was advised I would get a refund, but when I discovered the error of my Social Security an amended tax had to be filed so I owe $406 , which is problematic until I have to pay “ refund back “ now I have to pay $1650 I am incredibly ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My family and I went to file our taxes here for the first time, on Saturday and it was horrible from start to finish. As a young black family, my husband and our 2 small children waited over an hour to be seen by our tax preparer, Brian. Prior to that, there was an older white couple who came in after us and were seen before us.
