Danielle and Ryan were very informative from the beginning. During the sign up process they really listened to what I had to say, my struggles etc. They were informative and knowledgeable, but what helped me the most, was was the accountability. There were days, weeks, where I struggled and Danielle would always check in with me to make sure I was ok and remind me to try to get my goals and food in. I’ve been “dieting” since I was 9 years old, and I think I’ve tried them all: Weight Watchers, South Beach, paleo, master cleanse, intermittent fasting, and good old fashioned starvation. I was always focused on the number on the scale and how quickly I could see results. That resulted in a pretty unhealthy relationship with food. The Empower 12 program gives me the support I needed to lose weight without struggling constantly and being confused. Coach Ryan and Danielle provide great information and support which is a big help.

I am really impressed by the level of engagement and the quality of the advice that Danielle and Ryan provide in this program. Unlike typical “diet” or coaching programs, this is not about quick results but about slowly building day-to-day habits that optimize health and well-being, using sound nutritional knowledge and exercise methods.
