Their return service is really poor. Even when an item is clearly not working, they refuse to return it and keep making excuses, saying it’s normal or trying to convince you to keep it. Very disappointed.

I picked up several items (around 8–9) from their auction. They mention that if any electrical or electronic item doesn’t work properly, it can be returned within 7 days. Unfortunately, one of the heaters I purchased was not working, and they refused to take it back. Instead, they kept making excuses, saying “this is how it’s supposed to be” and offered only temporary workarounds instead of a proper return or refund. Very disappointed with their service and how the issue was handled.

Very well organized. Friendly customer service. Love the online system where it will bundle your auction winnings if you already had a previous appointment. Saves a lot of time. Pick up was a breeze - no long line or waiting unlike other auction pick up sites. Keep up the great work!

Never got my stuff after I paid for what I won and for shipping,called abd talked to customer service and they never got back to me ,pray away
