Been a regular customer.. I found them to be hardliner, strict, And to the point.. Un courteous and un flexible towards the customers. Sometime it seems to the point that role inversion is suspected. I would recommend only to buy from them if you can handle a robotic treatment, Un flexible handling and find something you need not Available anywhere else.
Scammed me told me I can pick up next week then when I called said it was abandoned..
Item Condition: OPEN BOX/NEW OR APPEARS NEW Clearly it wasn't. Terrible description which wastes customers time and money. Owner did not take full accountability but deflected and made constant excuses. Offered me a free item and tried to replace with another light fixture which was nice. But they need to work on there process before I ever come back.
