Dont waste your time who i spoke to was not even listening to what i was saying. They have very poor attitudes.
Very rude!!!! Didn’t help at all with my questions and just hung up on me!!! Look else where!!! On the websites it states FREE consult!!! As you can see with the response below, VERY RUDE!!!! Not a good way to conduct business and bring in Clients!!! I guess that explains the overall ratings of 2 stars!!!!!
The LEAST helpful and uncaring firm I contacted. **I was "never a client" because I was immediately rejected. From that response alone, I am actually glad I wasn't. My phone records indicate I -did- call and speak with someone. OMG people!! LOOK at this response from the company, professional, right??** WOW
The woman I talked to was very rude and kept interupting me as if I was inconveniencing her. I could tell she was black, as am I. Its so sad how racism is so active againt us right now but black on black racism is the worst kind. She made me feel so small and assumed she knew the reason for my call before I even got a chance to explain. I WILL NOT BE WORKING WITH THIS FIRM FOR MY SUIT! Your representative was racist. I would prefer a formal apology instead of a threat.
