It's very difficult to get through to somebody on the phone, and darn near impossible to speak to anybody in person. It's not worth going there because their volunteer commitment is sporadic, and the front desk people love to whine about how they lack volunteers and put on this nasty "What do you expect we're non-profit?" attitude. I wasted 6 hours trying to get through on their so-called "hotline" and 2 whole mornings going there in person. It's not worth the parking fees.
