I called to confirm my appointment and despite having received an email, I was told it wasn’t on the calendar and couldn’t schedule for another 2 weeks. Additionally, for a second vaccine appointment, they could not find my appointment again, all employees were in a meeting during my scheduled time and I waited for this to end. University Health Services needs a complete overhaul.
