They are mean!!! Monthes ago i made a reservation for transportation. At the day of reservation i called to confirm the reservation, but they told me that i didnt make it. After talking to them for 5 minutes i got tired, because they didnt want to listen to me, but kept saying that i didnt have any reservation. I would rather pay Uber $20 each way to my doctor's appointment than ride free on the ABQ Dept. Of Senior Affairs Transportation. I called today a week before my appointment to schedule a ride. Do these people understand they are talking to seniors. Some don't hear well, some don't understand English as well as native English speakers. Today I got hung up on twice. Rude. When you call asking why a drivers late and for an eta a response should NEVER BE if you dont liike it use someone else and followed up with “you cant complain to anyone you dont know who my boss is”. Makes you wonder why and how jobs are maintained.
I called twice no return your message
They need to find someone else to take transportation requests. The people that answers the phones are rude and will hang up on you as soon as they are finished talking. I was in the middle of asking a question and the woman hung up on me. Obviously they forget they are talking to seniors. If they don't want to help then they need to find another job.
