I need more attention and direction with bold reminders that make sense, and are explanative. I have yet to have a plan really work out for me. I wonder how Empircals clients survive the real world. I know most of my problems with Empircal are sourced back to Assistant Jeremy/Jason..... Very stubborn help, or too poor of introduction or none at all. It makes Business impossible. He spends time enough to track me down but then doesn't even introduce himself. Then leaves. What a setback and waste of time. I wish Mr. Redmond co... read more
