No response from manager for months. Promised me a estimate and I simply asked what the fees would be and he never answered me again. It seems they severely overcharge on fees and try to hide it. I am a past client so I thought it would be easiest to file with them since they have my information from previous years. Very disappointed with the service and lack of response. Very unprofessional.

I received an audit on my taxes that this company did in 2021 and I’ve been waiting a month for them to send me the required documents needed for me to submit to the IRS. Can only get ahold of them via Facebook messenger, but be prepared to have to spam the page with messages and comments to get a response. They scheduled me an appointment and never called me for the appointment and I haven’t heard back. Still have yet to receive the needed documentation that was not included in my tax return documents.
