I received an audit on my taxes that this company did in 2021 and I’ve been waiting a month for them to send me the required documents needed for me to submit to the IRS. Can only get ahold of them via Facebook messenger, but be prepared to have to spam the page with messages and comments to get a response. They scheduled me an appointment and never called me for the appointment and I haven’t heard back. Still have yet to receive the needed documentation that was not included in my tax return documents. After a horrible experience in 2020 with another company I decided to try some place new. A friend of mine referred me to Empires tax service where I was introduced to Sleepy. Words can’t express how helpful and informative she was . She made everything quick and easy with no issues what so ever. My taxes came within about 3 weeks.
