I work here. It is a good place to work with fair management. Benefits are great but pay is no longer competitive. Cant blame the employer due to teamsters union contract that was substandard without cost of living raises. Joe biden's runaway inflation surpassed the wages making ends meet tough. Next year Riverside Transit Agency is taking the contract back in house that has a competent union with fair wages unlike teamsters inequality.
