Horrible. What kind of car moving company works out of an apartment? Doesn't even seem like a legit business and no wonder they don't pay out for damages. Penny pinching
Great company. Always on time with no damage!
If you are looking to move a vehicle DO NOT use this company. Rude, non-trustworthy and horrible experience. Drivers damaged vehicle and even with photo proof as well as marking the damage on the bill of lading I signed they are trying to avoid responsibility. They claim I want a quick $50. Totally absurd considering the car is over $100k. No matter what it costs, do yourself a favor and AVOID Empire. You'll thank me later!
