Writing this on behalf of my father Larry: Louie Filskov was my flooring consultant. He was extremely professional. Very Gracious with his time in helping me with my project. If I know anyone that needs flooring I'll definitely have them call Louie. In terms of the installers... I would not recommend Empire today to my worst enemy. The sales representative came in to my home and sold us, what we thought was a great deal. Installers came out and quickly went to work. As soon as they left, it was noticeable that there was a visible seam right in the middle of the living room. They came out four times to “fix“ the same issue. These attempts were unsuccessful. Abysmal every step on the way. I initially reached out to them this past April. The sales rep promised me the world and we bought into the whole sales pitch. The installation was scheduled for early May and the installer showed up with the incorrect material and told us that the sales person lied and the flooring pushed on us wouldn’t physically work well in our den. Then they sent another rep out who was very apologetic and claimed that he, personally, would handle everything and make sure everything went smoothly from here... read more
Getting an appointment was fine. Floor options were good. Installers were quick. The sales guy messed up my financing 3 times so I couldn't qualify for the no down 0% interest loan. My sales guy has not returned any of my calls or texts. I have an issue with the installation and have spoken to their customer service reps 3 times and no one has gotten back to me. I would recommend going somewhere else for the price.
