Overall a solid experience. I was a little nervuos going into it, but they were patient and explained things in a way that actually made a lot of sense to me. I didn’t feel rushed, and they took the time to answer my questions without brushing anything off. Everything was handled smoothly and Quickly, and I left feeling a lot less stressed about my taxes. I’d definitely go back.
Good at there job
Most terrible, TRASH company I’ve ever worked with! She told me she would have me cleaned up in 6 months. It’s been nearly a year later and she STILL hasn’t even started the process. Claiming that she forgot, AFTER I paid her $2,000! Not to mention she’s very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! Wish I could give her a negative zero stars.
Been coming to her for years. Very professional great customer service also she keeps you up to date with information 😀
