Same as many others here. Had been with Jamie since he started the business a few years ago leaving Parisi. Last year some small issues with the scheduling but ultimately got the job done. This year scheduling was a nightmare and then he didn’t show up to 2 consecutive appointments. Finally got in touch with them after many many calls and emails. They said the return was almost done and they would be emailing but never did and never replied to follow-up emails and calls after that either. I hope everyone is OK but can’t deal... read more
They ghosted me for 2 appointments leading up the 15th. And now with less than a week until taxes are due, they will not even answer phone calls or respond to voicemail. I followed Jamie over from his other company and am now being left hanging. I will be going to another accountant and would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Jaime, if you continue operating your business the way you are there’s a good chance you won’t have a business in the very near future. Get a call return a call. Who’s gonna trust you to handle their tax returns when no one from your office even answers the damn phone or returns a call??
Waiting for 2023 tax return in 2025. Inexcusable.
"I would give Jamie a zero if I had the option. Unfortunately, he never returns calls, texts, or emails. I engaged his services in 2022 and 2023, expecting professional and timely tax preparation. However, he never completed my taxes, leaving me in a precarious situation where I'm now forced to deal directly with the IRS. His constant failure to communicate and follow through on his promises is baffling. Why he continues to lie and deceive his clients is beyond me.
