I wish I could give 0 stars honestly, I’ll never refer anyone to this tax firm at all . It’s very sketchy and I think they’re a scam ! They answer your emails all nice but are never at the office during business hours . The IRS thinks my return is a fraud and it’s been under review for the longest now . This was the worst tax experience ever for me when I decided to file with empire tax firm , my taxes have been through a refund freeze since march 09 and they aren’t telling me anything about my taxes ! I have been texting and calling and have yet to come to a solution . I asked to amend my return about a month ago and never got it amended . Went from refund freeze to being audited. They added additional funds that they didn't even discuss with me. It is now June and still no taxes!!
I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone for a whole month now, I’ve been calling and emailing them about my taxes (which has a freeze hold)… No call back, No email in response, nothing… I cant even get anyone on the phone. Very unprofessional and do not recommend.
