I have had my car towed by different companies and you don’t even know who you’re gonna get or what kinda service you’re gonna get. Polo from Empire State Towing was amazing. Amazing worker but most importantly an amazing person. Never panicked and was cool calm and collective. He towed my car in front of my house and assisted me in parking the car while it was in neutral. Definitely will call Empire State Towing and will request Polo if I need another tow. One of the drivers from this towing company almost crashed into me, he cut me off and almost hit my passenger side. Do better and hired qualified drivers to operate this kind of vehicles.
