Called and spoke to Jermel. Asked to have some documents served in the same building for convenience. Just flat out told me no and doesn't know when if ever he would be able to provide the service. So basically, it's very useless for them to be listed as a process server. All my previous dealings with him were just as shotty. Hopefully, other people will have a better experience.

The absolute WORST. Do not make the mistake of hiring this clown show. They screwed up what amounts to 4 pages of documents TWICE. They've cost me thousands of dollars for an eviction that should have happened last June, yet somehow is no.closer to happening than it was before I called them 15 months ago. Now they've stopped taking my calls and haven't refunded my money for their bad joke of a business. Stay away.

This company is SCAM! Unprofessional, waste of time and money. I inquired on December 1. I sent the documents over to Jermel to have an individual served. I had to follow up on December 4 because I didn’t receive the invoice. He sent the invoice later that day, it was paid. I sent a picture and informed them where the individual would be. I called from out of state and Empire answered all my questions on service of process and how they could serve this person that I was suing. And had good ideas on how they could do it. I have to say, they went above and beyond for me; got timely service and did email the affidavit. I would recommend.
