After days of going back & forth with enterprise being told different things, being told at the last min, driving there 3 times for nothing, & missing a day ½ of my vacation I was upset, & in distress I called Empire & drove there. Within 20 mins I was in a car & on my way to the vacation I was already late on. The staff was professional, nice, & extremely helpful. The car was great also. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My car was in Diagnostics at Kia. Was told to rent a car from Empire and if my car was fixed under warranty I would be reimbursed. Mine was fixed under warranty and I returned the car to Kia per Empire staff directions the next day after renting. I was charged $128 for a vehicle rental for 1 day. This company likes to scam and I will report them to the BBB.
As a transportation provider I have recommended this place to many of my customers who are needing a rental car. They have always had nice cars available.
