Decent car rental place but beware if you don't let them know ahead of time to pay or return the rental they threaten to call police, even with disrespect to personal situations.

Called a week before I dropped my car off supposed to have a rental waiting and ready just signing papers and paying turns out no one knew I was even coming otp the agent stated they could find everything through the body shop i was going through and my insurance just to get there and none of this be true..... got quoted otp 550 600 to walking in and being quoted 970 something plus a 200 down payment. Just insane no communication. Never been here not trying again.

They were able to help us after our car broke down. Had been to other places telling us they had a car, then we’d get there and they’d say no same day pickup. They turned a very stressful situation into a quick and easy fix. Can’t thank them enough.

My family and I have rented vehicles here for our long trips for 10 yrs and couldn't be happier with our experiences. They are very accommodating, no matter if we book ahead or even if we just walk in. The prices are so much cheaper than Enterprise, which we've only rented from once then we found Empire. If you're looking for something to rent and want to support local, Empire is definitely the one for you.
