We’ve rented vehicles from here twice in the past 3 years. Both were due to our vehicles being damaged and needing a rental. We had a pleasant experience both times. Insurance paid for our rentals both times. Vehicles were clean. They even washed our most recent rental before sending us home in it. Nice people.
Rude staff, do not use their services if you like to be treated with respect and curtesy. Overpriced as well
Was in a bind and fortunate to be directed to Rhonda at Empire. After explaining I needed their largest rental for a college move (mine had broken down en route) Rhonda made sure to get the best option. Paid a little more since it’s not unlimited mileage. The gal (Tracy, I believe) who prepares and cleans the cars was lovely and gave me a ride back to body shop.
Booked a 2024 Chevy Suburban for a trip to Delaware and back and was assured this was the vehicle I would get when I came back to pick it up. When I got there they gave me a very nice 2024 Ford Expedition . I asked about the Suburban and he didn't know why it wasn't available. I asked if we could have more miles, since the one I booked was gone and he said nope. The Expedition wasn't particularly clean when I picked it up, but not filthy.
