Great customer service. Vehicles were given to me in mint condition with a full tank of gas to start you out with. I met with Gloria. She was concerned with my request and very polite as well as patient. She put the customer needs first.
My first experience renting from Empire Rental at the New Hyde Park location was a complete letdown. I received a car with partial full gas. A staff member incorrectly told me I would receive a gas fee refund if I returned the truck with a full tank, even writing the original gas load on the agreement with his signature. I followed his instructions, but when I called to get the promised refund, the manager refused to honor the agreement.
