I had a wonderful experience at the Empire Rent A Car at 1985 Bruckner Blvd in the Bronx. Gloria makes the process so easy, great customer service, the vehicle was ready and clean when I arrived early for my reservation. Staff was very accurate in helping me calculate the miles I needed for my trip because I have no idea what I'm doing most times. The vehicle was clean and in perfect working condition. My family was happy and comfortable the whole way to Niagara Falls and back.
Wilson is great to work with. He has phenomenal attention to details. We’ve been renting vans from Wilson and the Empire team for the since 2023 for our school’s basketball team. It feels really good to have someone to rely on whenever we need. The rates are great but last years were better.lol I don’t mind the increase because of Wilson’s customer service.
