We rented a bus for a church trip at this location. I had a great experience with Gloria she was kind, patience and willing to solve any issues. She didn’t force us to purchase any insurance because we provided our own; even though we didn’t immediately have it on hand she was welling to wait while I had someone emailed it to her. She was very professional as well.
Gloria was very professional and helpful. Walked me through the entire process with ease and just like that my rental was ready to go. Their car was super neat and clean. Definitely an A+ service
4th rental from empire, first time from the Bruckner location. Gloria and George were both very helpful for rental and return. They were very thorough and made the process easy. Definitely recommend.
