This was my first time renting a shuttle van. I was happy with the experience, the customer service and the vehicle.
I met Ian, and I noticed that he has great taste in choosing the colors for his Vans, and that brought it to my attention that the color was very unique. He is very polite and easy to speak with. I recommend his Vans because, regardless of what you need them for, you can roll with style and look fresh & clean.
Great pricing and selection of rental vans that are difficult to find at large national rental providers. We rented a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for our son’s birthday, it was clean, drove great and everyone had a great time.
Horrible experience, I rented a penskie moving truck and was told I could pick it up any time before 1:00, with the guy on the phone. Biked 30 minutes in the heat and arrived before 1:00 just to have it fully closed. Customer service was nice but was not able to do anything. Completely messed up my moving day. Super chaotic
