I have been with PoolWorx for a few years and will say PoolWork is excellent! Max knows pools and familiar with the Vanquish system also PoolWorx is always on time and schedules the pool open/close as many other operators in the Okanagan have a “Who Care” attitude and it’s 3:00 and summertime and no shows. Highly recommend PoolWork for any type of pool work related. Finally a company that shows up and cares!
excellent service. We have a salt water pool and Candace and Max do a fantastic job keeping everything clear and sparkly. Fast, reliable and friendly service at a fair price. highly recommend.
Max is awesome. Had a leak in my Coast Spa and he fixed it perfectly and fixed it fast! I know that my Coast Spa is mediocre at best and the quality is not that great. Before Max fixed it, it was leaking and loud as heck. My spa is only 4 years old and it turned out that the seals on the pump needed replacing resulting in a massive water leak. Very disappointed at solving my public pool issues. Not enough experience or knowledge to charge $125.00 Hr. Still in same situation as we started after spending over $thousand dollars. No offer to say or return to fix. Yes, did give $59.00 discount after negotiating . Definitely ask for reference .
