Although Candace and Max have never done any work for me I have talked with them extensively about pools and hot tubs for I want to purchase one and their personalities and knowledge you got to understand is nothing short of amazing. They know what they are doing, they upgrade all the time, bring in products that their customers need and go over and above what is expected from what I hear. When its time they will be the business I call for the help.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. We recently had the pleasure of working with Max and Candace at Empire Pool & Patio for a complete pool liner replacement, new main drain installation, and a skimmer replacement — and I honestly can’t say enough great things about them. We encountered an unforeseen problem with our pool pump that Max installed, he was quick to respond and get the problem resolved, standing behind the work he had previously done. Efficient and friendly service, thank you Max!
We were recommended to use Empire for some problems that developed with our pool. We could not have been happier with the service we received from Max and his crew. He is responsive and can be counted on despite his busy schedule. I can’t tell you how rare that is these days. My only disappointment is that I can’t give more than 5 stars!!! Use these guys, you won’t use anyone else ever again.
Max replaced our pool heater. Everything was very clear, quick and honest. We'll definitely work with Empire for everything pool related in the future.
