I have premature twins that needed assistance meeting milestones and empire therapy has met and exceeded expectations not only were they able to work with my boys weekly but they were able to educate me on what and how I could help my boys make progress in between appointments as well as help me to figure out breastfeeding.
The OT was helping my son but the business could use some work. I think they have grown too fast and weren’t prepared for it. The new front desk girl is very odd, will ignore me, won’t look at me at all and acts like I’ve offended her or something. I just tell her my son is there for his appointment, so I don’t understand the problem. Her behavior is getting rude at this point. We took our daughter to Empire Therapy when she was two months old in order to address her torticollis, tongue tie, and the pain I was experiencing during breast-feeding. The therapists at Empire were very compassionate and knowledgeable, and they put together an effective plan for our daughter.
