The OT was helping my son but the business could use some work. I think they have grown too fast and weren’t prepared for it. The new front desk girl is very odd, will ignore me, won’t look at me at all and acts like I’ve offended her or something. I just tell her my son is there for his appointment, so I don’t understand the problem. Her behavior is getting rude at this point. We took our daughter to Empire Therapy when she was two months old in order to address her torticollis, tongue tie, and the pain I was experiencing during breast-feeding. The therapists at Empire were very compassionate and knowledgeable, and they put together an effective plan for our daughter. After doing simple and non-invasive mouth exercises on her, I was surprised when my breast-feeding pain resolved within a week. They are caring, kind, and excellent with their care. We loved our weekly appointments, and my child thrived during and after.
