Staff is great.
My son gets both occupational and speech therapy at empire. We had previously tried two other establishments but were not seeing the progress that we were hoping for so we tried empire. It was the best decision we ever made and my son has come so far. We would recommend empire to anyone and everyone that has a child/children with any kind of developmental delay. Thank you empire therapy and a special shout out to Marisa and Missy. You have changed our child’s life. Thank you so much!
Hey! I have have sent 2 of my kiddos here- pediatrics and infants. I appreciate the approach they take with infants. I saw improvements regularly with my baby. They are very knowledgeable and on task with the pediatrics. As long as you are doing your part with the exercises, you will see continued improvements.
We started coming to empire therapy when my son was 8 weeks old due to Torticollis and horrible reflux pain. He was able to be seen pretty quickly but an OT and within a few weeks (along with a tongue and lip tie release) he improved immensely. They advised that he keep being seen until he mastered crawling. So, at 13.5 months old he was discharged today. Overall we’ve had a pleasant experience with Empire therapy. This place has become a second home to us. My son sees Alexis and she strikes the perfect balance of having a healthy rapport with her clients and possessing a deep knowledge of her profession. She is silly and fun but also knows how to command my son’s (very divided) attention. Teresa at the front desk is also dear to us and the office communicates exceptionally well when there are cancellations or if we need to move things around.
