I spent two months (April 14 - June 10) and nearly two dozen phone calls pushing through every step of a long process to get my child's referrals accepted and an initial consultation scheduled by Empire Therapy, which happened on May 27. As soon as you walk in through the doors you feel welcomed, their scheduling process is much more efficient then any other place I have been to! Great place wonderful staff
This place is a magical place!!! When you walk through the doors you feel so welcomed. The front desk gals are always so helpful!!!! I have 3 kiddos and they always are so understanding when it comes to scheduling appointments and dealing with the school schedule! The billing department has also been great and supportive while navigating through insurance uncertainties. The OT and PT is beyond its time! All around amazing place!
Very unprofessional with poor communication. I received a referral for my baby’s physical therapy and specifically requested Empire Therapy because of their positive reviews. At first, I was impressed. I called a couple of times to check whether they had received the referral and Morgan from Empire even offered to contact my pediatrician’s office to check on the status.
