Staff is awesome
Have been a customer here for over 30 years back when it was a postal credit union.The customer service has gone so downhill in the past few years I’m almost ready to start somewhere new!Case in point,my wife ordered something online, received product, only to find out the credit union put a hold on the card after.We received no email,no text,nor a phone call.She didn’t use the card for a few weeks,tried to order something else and that’s when she found out the card was frozen.NO NOTICE FROM CREDIT UNION FOR WEEKS!Good luck ... read more

I want to thank all three loan rep ladies Rita, Joanna and Kitty on helping me on the loans I have had. All three ladies were so helpful and have gone above and beyond with helping me. Recently my last loan that was opened with Kitty and Rita and they both stayed over their time for me to get it done.
