I've been banking with empire one credit union for over 15 years . The staff is very friendly BRANDY JESSICA AND KATERINA whenever I have an issue they get to the bottom of it they also have excellent home personal an auto loans they won't head crack you. So visit your nearest EMPIRE ONE FCU today.

Have been a customer here for over 30 years back when it was a postal credit union.The customer service has gone so downhill in the past few years I’m almost ready to start somewhere new!Case in point,my wife ordered something online, received product, only to find out the credit union put a hold on the card after.We received no email,no text,nor a phone call.She didn’t use the card for a few weeks,tried to order something else and that’s when she found out the card was frozen.NO NOTICE FROM CREDIT UNION FOR WEEKS!Good luck ... read more
