Empire provided the worst service and experience of furnishing a new office. Every meeting we had was spent correcting our sales rep, Ashtyn’s mistakes…the same mistakes she kept making over and over. Terrible service. Someone came to repair my office chair, ended up breaking the recline mechanism and damaging my hardwood floor. Account manager seemed unsympathetic to situation and sent another person to "teach" me how to use a chair I have had for over two years - I think I would know how to use this chair by now. Chair is in a locked recline state, photo of broken chair was sent via email and Empire Office is still questioning if it's broken after the service technician broke the mechanism. I'm thinking of reporting this company as it sounds like a scam to me. They are very quick to take your order and money but they never follow up, give you wrong estimates, up charge you with stupid fees. after placing an order almost a year ago, they still need to send us missing items but keep requesting for a payment. Samantha and the entire team there is just a total waste of time. I would not recommend them to anyone, you should look somewhere else to get your furniture.
