I moved to Suffolk county about 2 years ago, after banking with Flushing for years, in Flushing Queens, (Auburndale branch, now closed). To be honest, I started banking with them because that branch opened literally 4 doors away from my parents' house, and being a minor at the time, my dad opened accounts for the family for convenience sake, (he could walk me to deposit allowance, baby-sitting money, etc). Dot L has been the best from Empire and now Flushing and when she is not available my go to are Krystal A and Diane J to help me with any of my banking issues, but the total of three are so patient thorough and kind I have referred my best friends, my family and my coworkers to definitely visit the Shirley branch for Flushing Bank!

Five Stars doesn't seem like enough! I would like to personally thank Diane J for her excellent service over these past years. Especially this past week. Diane was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions. It was obvious that she loves her role at the bank. We need more people like Diane in the banking industry.
