Do not use this company for an important event. I hired this company for my 30th birthday expecting a pearl limo. Contract and everything said pearl limo. Everything was great, the woman at front desk was very nice and I paid my deposit. They called me the day before asking if I Was going to have alcohol and to confirm the stops and route for the next day. Saturday arrives, and the wrong bus appears. We booked a 30 passenger party bus for our Bachelor/Bachelorette in Rockford and had such a great time! Our bus driver was Danny and he was very professional and on time to everything. The bus itself was beautiful and had a great sound system. We will definitely book with this party bus company again!
I booked for a birthday party 🥳 just wanted to mention our driver Francisco, he was very accommodating but what I appreciated the most was his driving skills! He was very cautious with our drive and never once did we hit hard brakes or pot holes. Thank you for the amazing ride and experience Frankie 😇
I don't think five stars is adequate to describe this company. They were/are OUTSTANDING!!! If anyone reading this has any doubts at all to hire them for a party bus, PLEASE book! They showed up on time, told us where they were parked, they took over the reins of trying to find some spots for great photo opportunities within the city, and just very nice guys! I was part of a group that booked Emperor Party Bus service for a drop off and pickup from Guaranteed Rate Field. Not only were they 30 minutes late after our agreed upon pickup time, but they were also early when picking us up, by several hours. They called and informed us that the driver had left since we were not at our pickup spot and he had been waiting an hour. This makes no sense.
