I purchased several hundred dollars of Hyperion G6 batteries from a vendor like RC Dude. RC Dude contacted Empire but they are not returning anymore batteries even though RC Dude says many of the G6 batteries went bad before they were even sold. Here is RC Dude's response: I did check into this with our distributor, Empire Hobby, and they don’t know of any place that is replacing the G6 lipos at this point. Horrible service in my case. They supplied my retailer with the G6 batteries I purchased. All of the batteries went bad and for a year I tried to get my retailer to help me. My retailer told me to contact Hyperion's main center in Hong Kong. No one ever replied to my emails. I would never buy a Hyperion battery again, the customer service Thunder Power provides is hands down far superior to Hyperion. If you buy Hyperion batteries your own your own.
