I’m a disabled veteran and while I was reluctant to go to Empire to get a new loan, I knew I had to. I would seriously give them 6 out of 5 stars. I hope I got their names right, but I believe it was Jessica that took care of us and Caroline joked about “hovering” over Jessica just offering assistance. This isn’t just 5 stars cause I got the loan, it’s 5 stars because they helped give me information to get the loan while I was there.
