It’s been a month since i try to reached out to the service department with no luck. I’m wondering is this company still exist. At least i leave this review to see if someone will contact me.
Stay as FAR AWAY FROM Emire as you can!!! My copier has been down for a MONTH NO ONE ANSWERS THE phone and Scott Brodsky the owner did answer his cell phone and email a month ago! Not now I am trying to take the to court and I have stopped make lease payments !!! If anyone needs me to Testify for them let me know
If I could give this copier service zero stars I would. Stay away from them - their "award winning customer service" is far from that. I haven't received any communication back from them in over 2 weeks after they breached their contract and left me high and dry for $1,600 for a print job we had to outsource due to their failure.
