Our experience with Empire Digital Products has been consistently negative, and I would strongly caution others before working with them. One of the most frustrating ongoing issues has been their complete failure to provide ink in a timely manner. If I could give zero stars, I would. For over four months, Empire Digital Products Corp. has failed to send the toner they promised, leaving our printer completely unusable while still charging us monthly fees. Multiple follow-up emails—including one on July 2nd—were completely ignored. When we requested to terminate the contract, they brushed it off and essentially told us to “go ahead and sue.” This is one of the most unprofessional and dishonest companies I have ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs.
If I could give this copier service zero stars I would. Stay away from them - their "award winning customer service" is far from that. I haven't received any communication back from them in over 2 weeks after they breached their contract and left me high and dry for $1,740 for a print job we had to outsource due to their failure.
Stay as FAR AWAY FROM Emire as you can!!! My copier has been down for a MONTH NO ONE ANSWERS THE phone and Scott Brodsky the owner did answer his cell phone and email a month ago! Not now I am trying to take the to court and I have stopped make lease payments !!! If anyone needs me to Testify for them let me know
This is a completely scam company. You will never receive any service, and they just keep ignoring, making excuses that don't make sense. They are using the contract maliciously to deceive customers and commit fraud. Don't be fooled by cheap prices. You'll suffer huge losses. How can I get legal help?
