Friendly service and went the extra mile to help set up the new bike!
I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a bike from Empire Cycles. From the moment I walked in all the staff were extremely welcoming. The price on the bike I wanted (S-Works Tarmac SL8) was great and they included me a bike fit within that price which made purchasing the bike even more appealing to myself. They set the bike up perfectly for me once it had been fitted and I am looking forward to going back soon for the bikes first service.
Have purchased two bikes through Empire. Great customer service & communication.
