Made contact with shop on Monday, got appraisal. Went in on Wednesday to complete deal. All written up, then boss steps in and says deal can't be made. Tries to lowball me even though deal was verbally made. Took my bullion and left. Completely unprofessional operation.
I don't like when they make u feel that anything that u bring is garbage and they have the best of the best... it's how I felt there...
Walked in and was impressed with organization of shop. Spoke with Louie twice, in 2 visits, and his professionalism, knowledge, and relatability towards customers is top notch! 1 visit was nearing closing time, Maurice and his employees were hospitable even when closing up shop and did not rush to get me out of there. Empire Coin has made a long-term customer.
