Damian was a pleasure to work with. He took his time going over options and colors. Pricing was excellent! Our installers, Nick and Victor were equally as nice and made sure we were satisfied with everything. They took their time and didn’t rush with the install and cleaned up and hauled off the old blinds. I highly recommend Empire Blinds!
Thank you for such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We love our Norman shutters! The owner and his wife were very kind when they came out for the initial assessment and were great at listening to what we were trying to accomplish. What was most impressive was during the install, our primary installer (Nicolas S.) notified us right away that the trim on one shutter had a small defect that likely occurred during shipping. Update - I had Clint and Matt come to our home in the valley, and once again they did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier. Those two guys, are the type of professionals that you want to work with, and only wish more companies had the professionalism as Empire Blinds. Thanks Guys!!! I wanted to say how great Empire blinds was to deal with. Tow gentleman came and were knowledgeable. I had a repair issue and they met and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend anyone to use them and their expertise when it comes to blinds. Thank you.
