Getting blinds is a big deal, ended up going with empire, great decision , the crew was on time, estimation to install was too easy. The owner comes out and we thru all the designs, and ended up with 28 window treatments. Home looks like a model home, the job even came with follow up visit to adjust a couple things. As a contractor , its hard for me to hire other companies, and i don't leave a lot of reviews , BUT , i indorse this company, and want to say thank you from my family to empire for completing our remodel project... read more
I had my outside shade Installed around one year ago from Empire Blinds and the hub I got to go with it, I could not seem to get working ( user error) so I called Empire. They were more than happy to come out and look at it and troubleshoot and was able to get it working.. I was able to get a time and day that worked for me. They showed up on time very Courteous and professional. Great customer service I will absolutely use Empire Blinds again!!
We had a great experience with this company! I called & they scheduled a day to come out & measure my window. They came and showed me samples, they were on time and friendly. They told me the blinds would arrive in 2-3 weeks, which they did. They came and scheduled the instal for a few days later and the blinds look great! All in all 5 out 5. No complaints!
