I came to Dr Sandra to lose weight, and it worked. I lost 7 kilos with the six week program. Being on this program helped give me disicpline and structure to stick to the diet plan. And I loved the weekly briefs with Sandra as they kept me on track. I have now kept the weight off for a year, and everytime I feel a few kilos piling on, I just go back to the program principals. Sanra is fantasitc - highly recommend.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sandra Wu for almost a year now and I honestly feel so much better overall. I’ve lost nearly 7kg with her help and noticed a big difference in my energy levels — I’m way less tired, feel more balanced, and just happier in general.
