I've been seeing Dr Sandra Wu for a number of years now, and I can't recommend her highly enough. I came to Dr Sandra to lose weight, and it worked. I lost 7 kilos with the six week program. Being on this program helped give me disicpline and structure to stick to the diet plan. And I loved the weekly briefs with Sandra as they kept me on track. I have now kept the weight off for a year, and everytime I feel a few kilos piling on, I just go back to the program principals. Sanra is fantasitc - highly recommend.
