We had a horrible experience with this company. We purchased a car and to this day, we still haven't received the car. It's been over a month. We went to the bank and found out that they have been lying to the bank saying that 1) they have been in communcation with us and this is false. We send messages and make phone calls with NO response. 2) they said that the car was at the dealership only for us to pull the VIN number and find out that the car isn't even in the country. 3) they put on the paperwork and sent pictures of ... read more
We have had an amazing experience at Empire motors. Our salesman Sam, has been in contact with us every single step of the process. He has been available for questions at any time and checked in with us every week to keep us informed of where we were in the process of our order. He has gone above and beyond to get us the perfect car, made us feel at ease, and all of this in a timeframe that was better than what we could find anywhere else. Highly recommend him and this dealership!
