Hi! I have had an interesting experience. I went through child birth and subsequently losing my husband back to back. My life is beyond up in the air and a struggle to keep all the balls in the air; with going back to work, I struggled. The counselor was educated and felt like a solid fit. With that said, they canceled twice, then showed up (but billed my insurance fully) and only could stay for “5 minutes” to check in. My first appointment for trauma grief counseling. I was very comfortable with my counselor and learned a lot. Look forward to my next session and guidance getting through the panic attacks. Highly recommend and my insurance covered.
Expensive and dishonest about billing. Will charge you for sessions even if you are just asking for prescription refills or rescheduling. There are many cheaper and more reliable options out there.
